Sequence Slayer
Generated dungeons, an authored story campaign and a ranked ladder, all driven by a single memory mechanic. .NET MAUI client, ASP.NET Core backend on Cloud Run with real-time duels over SignalR.
I build voice AI and contact centers — custom TTS voices, conversational bots and large platforms on Genesys and Sprinklr. In the evenings I build my own Android games.

I have been working on telephony and contact centers since 2010. I started as an in-house developer and now work freelance for companies across Central Europe. I stayed with it because I still enjoy the moment when a pile of components turns into something that actually picks up the phone and talks to a person.
My favourite place is where voice technology meets large enterprise platforms. Training custom TTS voices in ElevenLabs, designing IVR, Genesys agent desktops in C#, rolling out Sprinklr across voice, chat, email and social. I write the code, design the architecture and stay with the project until it is live – not hand it over and wave goodbye.
In the evenings I make Android games under my own label, PB Fun Gaming. It is not an escape from work, more its counterweight – on your own game you own absolutely everything, from client through server to store policy, and you find out very quickly what shipping a product really takes. The goal is simple: release games I enjoy playing myself.
When I am not at the keyboard, I am happiest in the mountains. A few days on a ridge reliably untangles a problem I had been stuck on for a week.
I focus on a few things and do them well. Here's where I can help:
End-to-end TTS project delivery — voice dataset preparation, model training with ElevenLabs, custom voice design, and production integration for customer-facing voice applications. I also build conversational AI systems using DialogFlow CX and LLM integrations.
Architecture, customization, and integration of enterprise contact center solutions. Deep hands-on expertise with Genesys Engage, Genesys Cloud, and Sprinklr — from agent desktop development and IVR design to omnichannel routing and reporting.
Robust backend development for data-driven platforms. I design and build the APIs, services, and database layers that power frontend applications — in Java, C#/.NET, or Python depending on what fits.
I also build automated trading systems, analytics dashboards, and shipped Android products under my own label — see Side Projects below. If it involves writing code and solving interesting problems, I'm probably interested.
A condensed timeline — most of my career has been in the Genesys/CCaaS ecosystem.
End-to-end Sprinklr CCaaS implementation for multiple clients — LiveChat, Social, Voice, and Email channel integration.
Custom module integration for Genesys Cloud. React-based agent desktop extensions. TTS voice training and deployment with ElevenLabs.
Built API proxies in Apigee for communication between Google DialogFlow CX bots and Java backend services.
Long-running engagement developing and customizing the Genesys Engage call center front end. C#/.NET, Genesys SDK, Oracle backends, WPF.
Architecture and development of backend services powering call center applications. Java, Web APIs, Oracle.
Full-stack call center solutions on Genesys platform. CRM Dynamics 365 customizations, plugins, and integrations.
Alongside the consulting work I design, build and ship Android games end to end under my own label, PB Fun Gaming. They are where one person owns the whole stack — client, server, infrastructure and store compliance — which is the fastest way I know to stay honest about what shipping actually costs.

A hero cut out of the player's own photo, segmented on-device with Google ML Kit so the original never leaves the phone. Play Games friends and leaderboards, and a server that moderates every shared image before anyone sees it.
Both are published by PB Fun Gaming, my indie studio — more about it at pbfungaming.cz.
Get in touch if you are working on voice AI or a contact center and want someone who will not just design it but write it and see it into production. A question about whether your idea makes sense is fine too – those I answer gladly and for free.
